No health information is collected here

This website is intentionally designed not to collect health or medical information. The appointment request form asks only for your name, contact details, a general visit reason, and an optional message — and asks you not to include medical details. Anything clinical is discussed at your visit and stored in our practice systems, never on this website.

This website stores nothing

Appointment requests are relayed straight to our front desk (by email and/or a private Telegram chat) and are not saved on the website or its servers. There is no database of your submissions behind this site.

Information we collect

• Appointment requests: name, phone number, email (if you provide one), preferred day/time, a general reason for the visit, and an optional message — used only to contact you about your request.
• Phone and messaging: if you call us or message us in Telegram or WhatsApp, that communication is governed by your carrier’s or the messenger’s own terms.

Analytics

This site currently runs no analytics. If analytics are enabled in the future, only anonymous usage events will be collected — never form contents or personal details.

Third-party services

• Maps: the interactive map loads only after you click “load map”; the map provider’s privacy policy applies to it.
• Message delivery: form submissions are relayed to us by a transactional email provider and/or the Telegram Bot API, and are not used for any other purpose.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Third-party services listed above (analytics, booking, maps) may set cookies when loaded.

Your choices

• You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request deletion.
• You can use the site fully without loading the map or booking calendar.
• You can always book by phone instead of using any online form.
