You’re in good company — about half our patients tell us the same thing on day one. We go at your pace: we explain before we do, agree on a hand signal that pauses everything, offer noise-canceling headphones, and never guilt you about the past. Nervous patients are kind of our specialty.
Modern dentistry is dramatically gentler than most people remember. Cleanings and exams don’t hurt. For anything more, we numb thoroughly with a topical gel first and verify you’re comfortable before starting — and we stop the moment you raise a hand.
No surprises — that’s a promise we run the practice on. Before any treatment, you get a written quote showing exactly what insurance covers and what you’d pay. If we can’t verify your benefits, we tell you the full price up front.

Plan for about 60–75 minutes: a conversation about your goals and worries, digital X-rays, a full exam, and (if your gums are ready) a cleaning the same day. You leave with a clear, pressure-free plan.
About a quarter of our patients don’t. Our new-patient special covers your full first visit, and our in-house membership plan covers routine care for a flat yearly fee — usually less than insurance premiums would be.
