Veneers in Boise

Veneers are thin, hand-crafted porcelain layers bonded to the front of your teeth — the fix for chips, gaps, stubborn stains, and worn edges. Good veneers don’t look “done.” They look like you, on your best day.

What happens at your visit

  1. A design visit: photos, a shade conversation, and a wax preview of your new smile.

  2. We prepare the teeth (far less drilling than people fear) and place beautiful temporaries.

  3. You “test drive” the shape and length in temporaries and request changes.

  4. The final porcelain veneers are bonded in — usually two to three weeks later.

Does it hurt?

You’re numb for the preparation visit, and the bonding visit is typically anesthetic-free. Some temperature sensitivity for a week or two afterward is normal and fades.

How long does it take?

Two main visits over 2–3 weeks, each about 1.5–2 hours.

What affects the cost

  • Priced per tooth — many patients treat only the teeth that show when smiling.
  • Porcelain quality and the ceramist’s artistry (we don’t use bargain labs).
  • Cosmetic, so not insurance-covered — but financing splits it into monthly payments.

Questions patients ask us

Do veneers ruin your real teeth?

Modern veneers preserve far more enamel than older techniques — often less than half a millimeter is shaped. Done properly, they protect the tooth underneath.
